Digital Strategy & Maturity Assessments


Our digital maturity model is derived from TM Forum’s Digital Maturity Model that offers a practical approach to transformation. It has been crafted over the course of many months by industry thought-leaders. CSPs, technology companies, and global advisory firms that have pooled their knowledge and experience to create a model that can be used to identify possible investment priorities and manage the journey itself, step-by-step.

Dimensions of our digital maturity assessment

Our model is split into FIVE dimensions:

  • Strategy – Focuses on how the business transforms or operates to increase its competitive advantage through digital initiatives; it is embedded within the overall business strategy.

  • Customer – Providing an experience where customers view the organization as their digital partner using their preferred channels of interaction to control their connected future on and offline.


  • Technology – Underpins the success of digital strategy by helping to create, process, store, secure and exchange data to meet the needs of customers at low cost and low overheads.


  • Operations – Executing and evolving processes and tasks by utilizing digital technologies to drive strategic management and enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Culture, People, and Organization – Defining and developing an organizational culture with governance and talent processes to support progress along the digital maturity curve and the flexibility to achieve its growth and innovation objectives.

Digital Maturity Levels

Every organization is different level of their digital transformation journey. Hence it is expected that the maturity level of every dimension and sub-dimension varies from one organization to another. Maturity levels are represented by a number from 1 to 5 where 5 is the highest maturity level.


Our assessment and the follow up recommendation does not imply that that your organization should target to score 5 in every dimension of the digital maturity model. Our assessment will define both "as-is" status of the organization in a dimension or sub-dimension as well as the desired state of maturity the organization should seek. This level is called "To-Be" maturity state level.

Assessment & Recommendation Report

Our maturity assessment report will include full analysis of the organization across the defined five dimensions and their subsequent dimensions.  At the higher level, the organization will be able to visualize their maturity level through different analytical diagrams. below are some formats of such diagrams:

Our report will also include detailed findings, areas of strength, and recommendations that need to be taken into consideration. The heat map and gap analysis has been proven to be very useful for organizations to prioritize their investments, efforts and time to make sure that digital transformation journey is on track.
